Using this site
This site describes a private membership club. Nothing here is an offer of anything other than membership, and an application is not an acceptance. We may update the site, the amenities described, and these terms.
Membership
Membership is by application and is granted at our discretion. Each location is capped at 500 members. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and conditioned on signing and keeping the Rule of Life.
Initiation and dues
Initiation is charged once and is non-refundable. Dues are billed monthly in advance. Membership may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; dues already billed are not prorated.
Conduct
Members keep what is said in the building confidential. No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Members do not solicit other members for business. We may suspend or end a membership for conduct that makes the room unsafe or dishonest.
Guests and facilities
Guests are welcome by invitation and at member events, and members are responsible for them. Use of the strength floor, sauna, and recovery areas is at your own risk; consult a physician before beginning training.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the dues you have paid in the preceding twelve months. Texas law governs these terms.
