Why this exists.
Men in America aren't okay. Most of them are carrying it alone and calling that strength.
I spent years watching good men run out of places to go. They had a house, a job, and a church, and none of the three were built to hold what they were carrying. So they carry it alone, and eventually they crack.
A man does not need another program. He needs a room where he is expected, a floor hard enough to test him, and men close enough to notice when he goes quiet. Everything in this building exists to make that ordinary rather than remarkable.
Change a man and it does not stop with him. It moves to his marriage, then to his children, then to the street he lives on. That is the only return this thing is built to produce.
We are not trying to be large. We are trying to be real, five hundred men at a time.
